I didn't go to school for this. In fact, I only took one photography class in college. It was about learning camera settings and shooting/developing film. It was helpful and I enjoyed the art of it, but the process was too slow. I Spent more time shooting than in the darkroom.

After graduating from Auburn University in 2004 with a degree in Graphic Design. I began splitting time between art director and photography assistant. This is when I learned about shaping and controlling light. Film was quickly transitioning to digital. My passion for photography quickly grew until I knew that's what I wanted to focus on.

I've been blessed to travel all over the world working with some great folks and shooting for some amazing clients. I've seen some cool things and won some rad awards. But at the end of the day, I just enjoy creating.
